We offer wonders like handcrafted porcelain from Vietri, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Ischia, and spectacular stonework in lava stone and porphyry with the timeless charm of “San Pietrino” cobblestones.

The Sofram Oven

At the heart of Sofram stands a true masterpiece: a custom-built, hand-crafted wood-fired oven measuring 130 cm x 200 cm — the largest of its kind in Ontario, Canada.

This oven was designed and built by Paolo Foglia, founder of Ciao Napoli and Foglia Cim, specifically for the restaurant Sofram. Built entirely by hand on-site, it combines Italian tradition with local craftsmanship, ensuring unmatched performance, durability, and style.

Beyond its striking black tile design and stainless-steel accents, this oven represents a deep respect for the art of pizza-making. It’s where passion, fire, and flavor come together — baking every pizza to authentic perfection.
